Job Description
- Managing a portfolio of key accounts and monitoring the ongoing activities related to them.
- Liaise between clients and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to clients’ needs.
- Contacting potential clients and leads via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Build strong, long-term client relationships and maintain frequent contact
- Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, emails, and in person.
- Present Digital marketing and social media strategies to clients
- Report on web performance metrics
- Analyze digital campaigns success
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as an account manager
- In-depth understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
- Experience with customer service and account management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
