Job Description
Role objective:
- To contribute towards the achievement of Al Nasser business goals by ensuring prompt delivery of goods to store, and customers through efficient utilization of fleet with high accuracy and timely delivery.
Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage and monitor the routing of vehicles to ensure proper route coverage to all locations and vehicles effectively utilization.
- Ensure delivery is done to the stores and customers on time.
- Prepare weekly and monthly plan of duty, leave and route allocation of drivers.
- Ensure complaints related to in-store service and delivery are investigated and resolved.
- Ensure store to store and store to warehouse returns are taken on time and accurately.
- Perform regular inspection to ensure all the vehicles are in full compliance with the regulations, policies and procedures.
- Ensure all the licenses and other documents, commercial licenses related to vehicles are renewed on time.
- Ensure inspection findings are communicated to the management and repair and maintenance work are carried out on time.
- Create review and maintain accurate inventory record of fleet.
- Responsible for maintaining safety, security and hygienic standards of vehicles in accordance with the company policy.
- Plan annual leaves of drivers considering the seasonal work load.
- Responsible for maintaining documents and preparing MIS reports.
- Assist management in any other tasks as required by business.
- Ensure proper legal use of vehicles and ensure that the vehicles are parked in warehouse premises after working hours.
Job Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline
- Good computer skills
- Minimum 3 years experience in related field
