Job Description
- To attend meetings with potential Clients to determine technical and business requirements and ensuring that all necessary information is collected prior to producing a solution.
- Provide technical leadership to enterprise customers through a range of pre-sales support functions including, supporting product evaluations, pre-sales technical consultation, post-sales support advocacy, and proactive needs analysis.
- Deliver Solutions according to the customer needs including BoM, BOQ, Solution description, and network topology.
- Deliver HLD & LLD based on customer needs.
- Conducting Platform Demos & POC “Proof of Concept”
- Deliver technical presentations tailored for technical and non-technical audiences ranging from IT staff to executive and C-Level.
- Deliver consistent product training, technology updates, release updates, and roadmap information.
- Interface with the implementation/project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure a smooth transition from Sale to Delivery
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel…) is a must, CRM and GP dynamics are plus.
- Good understanding of network security technologies and standards.
- Strong experience with Cisco technologies (Switching, Routing, Cisco DNA, Wireless and Collaboration).
- Experience from (3-5 years) in the same role.
- Active CCNP and/ or CCIE certifications are highly desired
