Job Description
Administer the OpenText enterprise content management platform Content Server (content repository, viewer & ingestion)
- Support document migrations and integrations from ECM technologies
- Oversees day-to-day operations of the ECM platforms and other related systems
- Works with business and IT stakeholders to identify solutions that leverage the ECM platform
- Develop, patch and upgrade implementations of Content Server systems
- Create hierarchies in order to group data appropriately
- Prepare technical and functional specifications
- Upgrade and modify application components
- Takes ownership of support issues and drives each issue to resolution
- Check impact of demand on capacity, load, and performance
- Write and revise program documentation, operations documentations and user guides.
- Develops and maintains strong relationships with the ECM vendor
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Computer Science or IT
- Strong understanding or experience with OpenText Enterprise Content Management
- A sound working knowledge of Oracle and SQL database technologies
- Experience Level: 3 To 5 Years
