Job Description

  • Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
  • Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring & termination.
  • Manage the social insurance issues and offices.
  • Maintains personnel files in compliance with the Egyptian labor law
  • Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and build a strong relationship with them
  • Responsible for Archiving and review employee files.
  • Follow up, prepare all belongs to insurance office like sick leaves and insurance form 1, 6, 2.

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of professional in the personnel department.
  • Excellent knowledge of Labor law
  • Excellent Oral & Writing Business Communication skills
  • Fluent English is a MUST
  • Perfect excel skills
