Job Description
- Support the Planning Manager
- Prepare / Update Project(s) Master Schedule(s) and Development Programs in all disciplines (Civil, Finishing, MEP….etc.) and all criteria (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & T&C)
- Prepare data for inclusion to Development resources projections (labor, material, equipment & Cost) with inputs from Commercial, Development and Design Management teams
- Determines appropriate logistics solution in managing resources
- Sets up alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates
- Prepares cash flow, graphs, charts and histograms
- Establish and monitor Key Project Performance Indicators for projects
- Verifies critical path and interfaces between design/ engineering/ procurement / execution
- Monitors progress periodically and compares it with the baseline planning
- Updates the schedule based on inputs received from project team
Job Requirements
- Architecture / Civil Background
- Strong communications skills
- Primavera and MS office (MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint) and Knowledge of presentation and reporting skills
- 7+ years of experience with minimum 7 years planning focused experience.
- Building Construction industry is preferred
