Job Description
- Comply with HSE rules and follow all instructions of HSE department.
- Comply with his managers’ instructions, and deal with his colleague with a nice attitude.
- Be aware of all technical skills of all equipment in the production.
- Works to gain new skills to increase the work efficiency of the production process.
- Has a Team work spirit with his colleagues in the production department and other department.
- Comply with his managers’ instructions, and deal with his colleagues with a nice attitude.
- Raise and inform any issues may appear in production process to his manager like Maintenance issues or quality, etc...
- Works to improve the efficiency of production activity and eliminate all sources of losses through participating in improvement projects and presenting new ideas.
- Work machines at optimum level with higher productivity with high quality level.
- Ensure that the handover process takes place by excellent process between the previous and the next shift.
- Fill the production log sheets, KPIs adequately with true and correct numbers.
- Accept to work in shift rotation system with his colleague.
Job Requirements
- Technical school (Industrial) 5 years is preferable or Mubarak Cool.
- Age Max 30 Years.
