Job Description
- Office Manager reporting directly to the Managing Director and Deputy Managing Director of a New Business handling all the required works of the initiation of the project.
- Our Business is sports related and is eventually a Sports / Entertainment Venue in Maadi. It is a state of the art venue with top technologies in the sports world, serving clients aged 6-60, and will be a Membership Based Venue, with packages for 3, 6 & 12 Months.
- It is expected to be a major hit in the Egyptian Market, with several major events being scheduled to be held at the venue.
- It is a first of its kind venue in the world, and only with a qualified team to assist in the building and operation of the project can great success be achieved.
- The Job Constitutes of two Phases
- 1st Phase is Initiation and construction which is estimated to be 6-9 Months (New Cairo)
- 2nd Phase is Operation of the Venue (Maadi)
- Handle Correspondences with Suppliers / Manufacturers / Contractors
- Source out Quotations from Suppliers / Manufacturers / Contractors
- Prepare Comparison Tables for required products
- Must be able to handle a major load of work for short periods
- Arrange project plans and set dates to follow and report progress of project
- Arrange all meetings and visits to suppliers / contractors
- Develop / Review / Edit and Format Contractual Agreements between Suppliers / Manufacturers / Contractors
- Co-ordination works with Accountancy, HR, IT and Operation and weekly / Monthly reports.
