- Establishing workflows and standards or entering data in the CRM
- Customizing and pulling marketing reports from the CRM
- Analyzing the marketing reports to determine what kind of customer trends the business should respond to
- Meeting with teams to help them analyze business trends
- Introduce creative ideas aiming at achieving the company’s marketing quantitative and qualitative objectives.
- Responsible for planning, designing, implementing and evaluating all customer loyalty activities across the organization
- Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
- Recording and updating customers’ data using the CRM system
Job Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in the CRM
- Marketing background (If possible)
- Retail background (if possible)
- Decision maker
- Problem solver
- Complaints handling
- Excellent user of Microsoft office
