Job Description

  • Establishing workflows and standards or entering data in the CRM
  • Customizing and pulling marketing reports from the CRM
  • Analyzing the marketing reports to determine what kind of customer trends the business should respond to
  • Meeting with teams to help them analyze business trends
  • Introduce creative ideas aiming at achieving the company’s marketing quantitative and qualitative objectives.
  • Responsible for planning, designing, implementing and evaluating all customer loyalty activities across the organization
  • Contact customers to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
  • Recording and updating customers’ data using the CRM system

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in the CRM
  • Marketing background (If possible)
  • Retail background (if possible)
  • Decision maker
  • Problem solver
  • Complaints handling
  • Excellent user of Microsoft office
