Job Description
“Administrative & Logistics Assistant” Female is required for a reputable company located in Maadi Cornish.
- Use a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets, and databases, to ensure the efficient running of the office
- Manage online and paper filing systems for all departments
- Develop and implement new administrative systems
- Organize the office layout and maintain supplies of stationery and equipment
- Organize and share meetings with staff, includes typing the agenda and taking minutes for management
- Oversee the recruitment of new staff, including training and induction
- Respond to customer inquiries and complaints and direct them to the proper dept.
- Booking transport, travel visas, and accommodation
- Organizing company events, conferences, birthdays
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems
- Dealing with incoming phone calls, faxes, and post (post in all forms)
- Follow up on the company imported shipments in Egypt and Lebanon from the shipping until receiving the goods in the company warehouse
- Coordinating with the warehouse management on receiving new shipments.
- Track and manage transportation of employees (Runners Only)
- Renew company documents like commercial registration + taxes card before end (With Accounting dept.)
- Keep track of attendance, and employee leaves
- Maintaining all personnel records up to date
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Ensuring client DB is always updated and well maintained
- Coordinate with IT department for the devices and networks maintenance to ensure that all the work operations are going in the best way
- Printing and scanning required documents by employees
- Track and manage the transportation of employees (Runners Only)
- Provide customers with all needed information about the company services renew company documents like commercial registration + taxes card before the end (With Accounting dept.)
Job Requirements
- Very good command of the English language (reading-writing - speaking).
- Very good command of MS office (Word – excel – PowerPoint).
- Experience 4-6 years in the administration field
- Logistics Background is a must
- High level of communication skills (written & oral)
- Attention to details
- Presentable
- Time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Interpersonal skills.
- Customer-service oriented
