Job Description
- Manage the planning team to develop and follow up on the time schedule during the tendering phase and construction phase.
- Monitor and follow up on the project's progress.
- Develop and manage the cash flow in accordance with the approved time schedule.
- Develop and manage the project resources plan to fit the project time schedule.
- Follow up the planning & Cost Control team to enhance productivity.
- Direct all the project managers to achieve the company's annual target and revenue.
- Managing and directing claims preparation.
- Manage claim negotiations with the clients & the project manager.
- Set strategic plans with the developers and the clients.
- Attend the project progress meetings with all involved parties.
- Prepare the monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the top management.
- Monitor the cost for each and every item in the project.
- Analyze the Cost Control monthly reports.
- Apply the Recommended Corrective Action.
- Prepare the cash status and the cash forecast reports for the company.
