Job Description
- Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data.
- Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law.
- Completes payroll reports for record-keeping purposes.
- In charge of New hire communications &HR Correspondence.
- Responsible for Resignations & Exit Checklist , Clearance Form.
- Prepare and maintain employment records related to hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, promotions.
- Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
- Manage data within the time and attendance system in which handling he attendance tracking, vacation tracking, reports, etc..
- Administer personnel procedures in accordance with employee agreements including new hires.
- Responsible for some Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office.
- Responsible for employment procedures regarding issuing new contracts.
- Responsible for the warning and investigation procedures.
- Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any relevant field.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
- 3-4 years of experience in the Payroll &Personnel section is a must.
- A well command of English .
- An Excellent hands-on experience with Labor law .
