Job Description
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
- Analyze costs, pricing, sales results on an advanced level.
- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
- Responsible for clients' accounts information and managing collections.
- Responsible for revising the organization’s cost center.
- Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs.
- Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
- Prepare a financial annual plan.
- Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget.
- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
- Create and implement payable and receivables policies & procedures and track collection or receivables.
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager.
- Excellent computer skills in MS Office.
- Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
- Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.

- BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
