Job Description

  • Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, sales results on an advanced level.
  • Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
  • Responsible for clients' accounts information and managing collections.
  • Responsible for revising the organization’s cost center.
  • Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Prepare a financial annual plan.
  • Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget.
  • Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
  • Create and implement payable and receivables policies & procedures and track collection or receivables.

Job Requirements

  • 5 years of experience as an Accounting Manager.
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office.
  • Excellent knowledge and experience with accounting software.
  • Ability to multi-task.
  • Understanding and knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations.
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success.
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
  • Team player.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills.
  • BS degree in Accounting or Finance.
