Job Description
- Configure Oracle Core HR module as per the desired business processes and requirements
- Organize stakeholder workshops to gather business requirements
- Develop configuration documents
- Conduct gap analysis between delivered functionality and customer requirements and recommend solutions
Job Requirements
- Must have experience in Oracle EBS Suite in R12 Support, Rollout and Implementation project as Technical consultant
- Must have completed at least 1 Oracle Core HR module implementations.
- Must have excellent experience in Oracle Core HR ModuleStrong analytical skills, problem-solving/debugging skills
- Solid Technical understanding of Oracle applications with experience in developing custom solution and customizing / extending EBS Technical objects
- SQL, PL/SQL, APIs etc.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, active listening and interpersonal skills
- Capable to work independently, take initiative with minimal supervision
- Should be able to interface with client directly
- Should have sound knowledge on Self -Service HR Module, Exit and Manager Self Service HR Modules.
- Good understanding of Oracle HR and associated technical architecture including development standards, debugging tools and techniques.
