Job Description

A reputable company located at 6 October seeking an Office Administrative assistant urgently needed with the following qualifications:

  • Support Management with scheduling, reminders and other activities as needed.
  • Local purchasing, tracking and managing employee requests and office supplies.
  • Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing special reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Responsible for logistics process.
  • Serve as point of contact for facility needs.
  • Manage phones.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Positive attitude and outlook
  • Operations & Procedures
  • Filing system & other clerical responsibilities
  • Efficient & Smart

Job Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office applications (Word, excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be near by resident
  • Fresh or 2 years Experience from reputable university
  • Good command of English
  • Male only and age under 28
  • CVs with pictures only will be accepted
  • Friday and Saturday are off
