Job Description
- Represent the company in front of courts, governmental and nongovernmental entities
- Prepares or amends various legal documents e.g. contracts, commercial trade terms
- Support the Compliance Framework
- Gather and facilitate invoices approval
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
- Send court notices and follow up on legal cases
- Responsible for all legal affairs
- Structure, draft and review legal documents & memos
- Take the necessary measures according to the court's order in different cases
- Participate in various projects including proper archiving of legal documents
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree of Law
- Member of the Egyptian Bar Association
- 1-4 years of experience in any relevant field
