Job Description

  • Writing e-mails, letters, reports and confidential documents as assigned
  • Maintain an organized general filing system of records.
  • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
  • Coordination for travel including flights booking, hotels, prepares itineraries; maintains travel vouchers, records, and visa application & ensuring all necessary approvals are in place for travel arrangements.
  • Attends meetings with Managing director and Chairman for MOM
  • Responsible for all documents need to be signed by the COO & CEO and ensures their delivery to the concerned parties.

Job Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative roles.
  • Excellent computer skills, Microsoft office package.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Very good command of English language.
  • Maximum age 30.
