Job Description
- Comply with all HSE rules and instructions in the company.
- Stop the production process if any unsafe condition may appear according to HSE golden rule.
- Monitoring the Production line and section related activities.
- Control the manpower and arrange the work accordingly.
- Verify that production data are recorded accurately by the operators.
- Close the work order cycle adequately and then close also on the system.
- Ensure availability of raw materials in shift start based on the production plan.
- Participate in setting production department targets; and work effectively along the year to realize the company targets through follow KPIs following up.
- Communicate the line related issue to Production Engineer for necessary action.
- Responsible for all safety and 5S related issue along with Production Engineer.
- Ensure the consumption of the RM and PM as per the BOM.
- Arrange the filling line and manpower to each machine depending on both quality and priority.
- Arrange the rework paint based on the production planning dept. Orders.
- Prepare and submit the daily report to production engineer.
- Communicate with other department to remove any obstacles affect on the production flow.
- Work to raise operators skills through continuous training and distribution on the machines.
- Perform any other job-related activities as assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’ degree is preferable or Diploma Chemical Engineer.
Experience
- 5-10 years of experience in paints production.
- Age max 38 years.
Technical Experience
- Knowledge of Paints Process.
- MS office skills.
- 3M management (Machine, Material and Manpower).
- Good English skills.
