Job Description
- Generate Direct prospects, qualifying leads from cold calling to the sales team and Always strive towards meeting a sales quota.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales
- Answering customers' questions on the products.
- Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
- Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
- Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Representatives have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays and scheduling marketing events.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records and prepare reports.
- Hand on experience with sales tools such as CRM software.
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.
Job Requirements
- Gender/Female.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred.
- Experience as a Sales Coordinator or in administration may be an advantage.
- IT Background is Preferable.
- Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
- Great interpersonal, communication, persistence, persuasiveness, and negotiation skills.
