Job Description
- Provides positive leadership for Quality and Testing Technician, Document Control Coordinator and Quality Auditors and their training, motivation, professional development and performance.
- Manages the plant equipment, processes, and procedures necessary for product inspection and testing
- Plant Resource for leading and facilitating corrective action and process improvement activities
- Builds an environment centered around continuous improvement, resulting in productivity gains
- Plant resource for successful new product launches, ensuring clear specifications, process capability, and attainment of customer satisfaction on initial shipments
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Plan
- Manage the Quality Management System procedures and related documents to maintain local & international standards
- Preparing Reports quality metrics
Job Requirements
- BS degree required
- Professional Certificate preferable
- Experience More than 4 Years at Textile Quality management
