Event Sales Executive:
General Summary:
- Organizing events that will make an impact to a target audience.
- Ensure events are successful and cost-effective, paying attention to budget and time constraints.
- Understanding marketing and promotion techniques.

- Plan entire event steps according to requirements, target audience and objectives.
- Come up with suggestions to enhance the event’s success.
- Prepare budgets and ensure adherence.
- Win business through effective pricing and quick responses to inquiries.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
- Provide accurate and timely information to clients.
- Deal with clients who have various meeting and event requirements.
- Coordinate with operation managers.
- Lead promotional activities for the event.
- Sales Visits to Sponsors.
- Focus on improving customer satisfaction to create customer loyalty and deliver a positive event experience.
- Planning multiple events at once.
Job Requirements
- Experience 1 to 3 years.
- Good command of English.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Communication skills needed.
