Job Description

We are looking for a talented HR Specialist that will be responsible for executing and developing HR Plans with the coordination with HR Supervisor and HR Team, We are looking for a talented caliber who has a strong knowledge of Human Resource policies & Procedures.

Personnel Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain personnel records.
  • Participate at day to day operation.
  • Responsible for preparing the monthly payroll data, including edit the newcomers, the final settlement for resigned employees, or any compensation.
  • Assist into keeping employees hiring documents completed.
  • Responsible for Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance and build a strong relationship with them.
  • Manage & update employee’s files.
  • Reviewing the company policies and ensuring the employees commitment regarding the policies.
  • Develop and prepare HR monthly reports.
  • Strong experience in all aspect of labor office and social insurance regulation and requirements, including; enforcing adherence to requirements and advising on needed actions.
  • Securing the confidentiality of the organization’s information, and actively implementing.

OD Responsibilities:

  • Develop career path, succession plans, and retention programs for key talents.Formulate Company policies, procedures.
  • Set the Learning & Development budget vs. the gap Analysis and Performance Management output
  • Formulate and implement performance management plans to improve company objectives.
  • supervise all recruitment needs along with recruitment process adding competency based interview process.
  • attend all HR events and employer branding activities through employment fairs and universities agreements.
  • Develop reward and engagements programs as value and employee of the months with specific requirements

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any relevant.
  • Minimum 2 years of Experience in HR Functions (Specially Personnel & OD).
  • Excellent Command in English.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Organized & Ambitious and seeking improvement.
  • Strong understanding of HR Functions.
