Job Description
- We are currently seeking a Senior Android Developer to join our team . Our company (Ark Development - Arkdev) is one of the most stable and mature software development companies in the middle east. We have more than 12 years of experience delivering software solutions worldwide with a focus on USA, Europe and KSA markets.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designing and building advanced applications for the android platform.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Help maintain code quality and organizing.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
- 3+ years of proven working experience.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services.
- Experience with performance and memory tuning.
- Experience with Google firebase.
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
- Proficiency in Java development.
- Have published at least 3 original Android applications.
- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.
