Job Description
- Run B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.
- Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of marketing campaigns
- Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies, such as designers, animators and printers, who will deliver much of the campaign activity
- Write, edit and proofread copy for promotional materials within marketing campaigns
- Ensure that the business’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
- Deliver regular reports of campaign results, including web analysis and evaluation of KPIs
- Maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns
- Take responsibility for the business of any trade shows or exhibitions.
- Insure that all marketing campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- Project managing all campaigns from beginning to end ensuring they meet the target objectives.
- Working closely with the rest of the marketing team and other departments / external agencies on campaigns.
- Reporting campaign results to senior management and explaining variances.
- Working to strict deadlines and KPI's as set by the Marketing Director.
- Reporting on campaign return on investment and making recommendations.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree marketing, or related field.
- Understanding of design and marketing principles and techniques.
- Have proven experience of managing B2B and B2C campaigns.
- Ability to develop strategies based on industry trends and developments.
- Excellent management, negotiation, listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, especially when working with multiple projects/teams.
- Good command in both spoken and written English.
- Minimum 5 years Managerial position in the same field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple functions.
