Job Description
We are a wood furniture company, currently recruiting for a Technical Office Manager with previous experience within the Fit-Out and Wood industry.
The candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Will be responsible for Technical office functions (Shop drawing, Project Study, Technical office, Interior & Exterior design, BOQ...etc).
- Managing the projects in best practice and fulfill the organization's objectives technically.
- Responsible to understand customer's requirements and process the quotation on time with good prices to gain the customer's trust.
- Maintaining and improving the organization's reputation by executing projects as per customer's requirements and drawings
- Leading, managing and improving Technical office via maintaining and developing the workforce.
- Implementing the best practice in technical office.
- Must be responsible for managing all production activities from inception to delivery to the factories for Installation.
- Meetings with sales department & consultants
- Providing daily a weekly progress report with photos to management.
- Reviewing the work performance of technical office WF.
Job Requirements
- EDUCATION : University level, preferably in Applied Arts.
- FOREIGN LANGUAGES : English
- AGE : About 30-40 years old
- 5 years of experience at least in Furniture Industry.
- Bachelor of Applied arts is preferred or equivalent colleague
- Furniture Industry background is a Must.
- Good analytical skills
- Good knowledge of excel (Autocad ,3D Max etc.) is a mandatory.
- Must be able to start Shortly.
- Dealing with ERP system is preferred.
- Related experience is preferable.
- Very good English level (Written & Spoken)
- Good Computer Skills
- Highly organized
- Can handle stress and meet deadlines
