Job Description
- Develop The advertising strategy of the business
- Plan and prepare advertising material to increase sales of business products.
- Plan advertising activities, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online media, and billboards.
- Evaluate the look and feel of websites used in campaigns or layouts of advertisement.
- Initiate market research studies and analyse their findings to understand customer and market opportunities for the business.
- Provide expert advice on advertising methods for new or existing products.
- Test advertising ideas repeatedly and often to measure effectiveness.
- Execute and prepare for planned advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with customers, company officials, sales departments and advertising agencies
- Inspect layouts and advertising copy and edit scripts, audio and video tapes, and other promotional material for adherence to identity guidelines.
- Coordinate activities of departments, such as sales, graphic arts, media, finance, and research.
- Prepare and negotiate advertising and sales contracts.
- Identify and develop contacts for promotional campaigns and industry programs that meet identified buyer targets such as showrooms, agents, & end-users.
- Monitor and analyze sales promotion results to determine cost effectiveness of promotion campaigns
- Track and report each program budgets and expenses and campaign response rates to evaluate each campaign based on program.
- Work with product managers to better understand customer and consumer needs and identify best way to reach them
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or related field.
- Understanding of design and advertising principles and techniques.
- Ability to develop strategies based on industry trends and developments.
- Excellent management, negotiation, listening, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, especially when working with multiple projects/teams.
- Good command in both spoken and written English.
- Minimum 5 years Managerial position in the same field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to work with multiple functions.
