Job Description
- Responsible for the development and validation of long-term planning and forecasting models.
- Responsible for the development of positioning and key strategies for the brand by advising on current product trends.
- Create an annual marketing plan
- Implement the marketing plans and key strategies to achieve objectives
- Managing the launch of new products and line extensions
- Managing KOLs related activities to create advocates in his/her assigned products
- Develop relations with Area Managers, Supervisors, and Medical Reps
- Prepare and train Field Force on Product knowledge and competitors’ information
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years in a product management position
- Pharmacist or Medical Background
- Able to lead, mentor and coach others
- Experience in dealing with:
- Privet market, Tenders, Medical insurance & contracts for big companies
- Proven track record of achievements
- Excellent computer and presentation skills
- Fluency in English (Speaking and Writing)
- Ability to learn and understand the portfolio and communicate the opportunity to potential prospects
- Professional planning and organization skills
