Main Duties:
- Advertise job openings across all channels.
- Source potential candidates through online channels.
- Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System.
- Design procedures for each hiring stage, including assessments and interview questions.
- Determine selection criteria.
- Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
