Job Description
- Ensure the project is structured in compliance with organization and project missions and goals.
- Lead technological development activities.
- Possess a high degree of expertise in the technical area and fill both managerial and technical expert roles.
- Involved with choosing the staff of the developing team
- Create the guidelines and measurements for the staff, assigns roles, and help the team to succeed
- Analyze progress of the project and make the decisions to adjust the plan or timeline as needed.
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or software engineering is a must
- +10 Years’ experience in Software development industry
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with Java and .Net
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience with Node.JS, Python and Frontend.JS Frameworks
- International experience
- Ability to motivate staff in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
