Job Description
- To recruit, train, co-ordinate, supervise a quality control team to ensure that data validations are scheduled/carried out within the quality control procedures, preferred validation method and specified instructions.
- Work with the data collection field team to assist them to improve data quality through; constructive feedback and gaining agreement on any action plans.
- Continual supervision and improvement of quality checks, to ensure the standards of QC are continually improved and cost/budget/ time efficiencies are optimized
