Job Description
- Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter
- Provide a training sessions for new software or solution and orientation for new joiners
- Ensure and follow Company and IT department policies & procedures
- Helps maintain an inventory of all desktop, mobile devices and network components.
- Manage the configuration and operation of client-based computer operating systems
- Monitor the system daily and respond immediately to security or usability concerns
- Support LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems
- Coordinate and provide support for Firewall and network system
- Evaluate and recommend security improvements and system upgrades.
- Ensure and Implement network security and connectivity
- Create and verify backups of data.
- Respond to and resolve help desk requests
- Upgrade systems and processes as required for enhanced functionality and security issue resolution
- Administrate infrastructure, including firewalls, databases, malware protection software and other processes
- Review application logs
- Install and test computer-related equipment
Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences, Technology, degree or relevant experience
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years experience in information technology environment support
- Specific experience with Microsoft server Operating Systems 2008 to 2016 .
- Basic Knowledge Linux operating system.
- Familiarity with backup and recovery software and methodologies
- Experience firewall technology and switching and routing
- Ability to set up and configure server hardware - MCSA , MCSE, MCTP , CCNA is preferable
