Job Description
- Plans for a monthly theme with the elementary principle.
- Plan for daily project lists based on the theme of the month and each grade level.
- Tailors instructions to meet the needs of learners and their different abilities.
- Incorporates Curriculum Requirements from the Kg team leader and the elementary principle.
- Integrates art curriculum with the school’s events and activities.
- Plans and implements lesson plans by telling students which projects to create.
- Encourages students’ strengths during class and try to improve their work and work on their areas of improvements.
- Identifies and corrects inappropriate behavior as the students are working on their class projects.
- Responsible for ordering, storing and utilizing art supplies including art purchases.
- Fills the students report cards related to art and submits it to the class teachers.
- Instructs students in the elements and principles of design through disciple such as drawing, painting and sculptures.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Art Education or any relevant degree
- Excellent command of Written and spoken English
- High level of organization skills
- Excellent Class Management skills
- Knowledge of Regio Emilia approach
