Job Description

Job responsibilities include the below:

  • Organizing meetings and appointments and taking minutes of meeting;
  • Carrying out background research and presenting findings;
  • Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
  • Often corresponding on behalf of the manager;
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Liaising with staff, and clients
  • Miscellaneous tasks to support CEO

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Excellent English (Verbal & written)
  • Excellent user of Microsoft Office.
  • 2-5 Years of experience
  • Male or female
  • Great communication, analytical, Planning and organizing skills
