Job Description
- Verify the receipt and distribution of materials, equipment or services for the departments of hospitals.
- Save all transactions occurred warehouse to date.
- Check barcode procedures and store requests before they are issued to management.
- Give suggestions and comments to improve warehouse functionality.
- Check and store return purchase orders if not signed by the authorized person.
- Check the quantities required by the departments and reduce them if any unjustified request has been made.
- Update management policies and procedures manual from time to time.
- Supervise the delivery of materials to the various hospital departments carried out by the store assistant.
- Execute the daily routine and the responsibility assigned in the job description or its subordinates from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant course.
- Minimum 3 years working experience as a supervisor. To 5 years.
- Hospitals background is MUST.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced computer skills.
