- Welcome guests at the front desk, direct and announce them appropriately.
- Build a good rapport with all of our members and guests.
- Deal with customer enquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Deal with membership and sales enquiries and carry out administrative duties.
- Answer, screen & forward incoming phone calls and receive daily emails.
- Maintain and update the membership database system.
- Ensure that all financial transactions related to membership fees are completed.
