Job Description

  • Lead and coach the Front Desk employees.
  • Act as a liaison between Front Desk and all other departments.
  • Create and manage the Front Desk schedule, ensuring all shifts are covered and within budgeted hours.
  • Welcome guests at the Front Desk, direct and announce them appropriately.
  • Build a good rapport with all of our members and guests.
  • Deal with customer inquiries in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Deal with membership and sales inquiries and carry out administrative duties.
  • Answer, screen & forward incoming phone calls and receive daily emails.
  • Maintain and update the membership database system.
  • Ensure that all financial transactions related to membership fees are completed.
  • Record instructors' attendance and answer members' questions about types of classes.

Job Requirements

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Have a friendly and professional approach.
  • Presentable.
  • IT Skills including Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Very good English speaker.
  • Previous experience in the same industry is highly preferred.
  • Preferred to be 6th of October or Zayed resident
