Job Description
- Manage and lead staff and day-to-day functions of Dental Clinic
- Assist with development and maintenance of quality assurance programs
- Assist Center Director in long-range goal planning and new program development
- Coordinate provider, administration staff schedules
- Completes special projects by organizing and coordinating information and requirements; planning, arranging, and meeting schedules; monitoring results
- Responsible for the reception team and the customer service team
- Responsible to make the clinic a cozy and professional environment through directing staff regarding sound system/reception area/hospitality duties
- Manages all activities (either personally initiated or through subordinates) related to the maintenance of the facilities, office equipment.
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
- Ensures that dental department is clean, organized and operational daily.
- Ensure that facilities meet environmental, health, and security standards and comply with government regulations
- Responsible for maintenance and facilities in the branch
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and termination
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
- Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc
- Supervise the admin work and the maintenance department
- Follow up with the checklists received from the departments
Job Requirements
- 4-10 years work experience in a relevant position
- Requires the ability to work without direct supervision.
- The work is in a field where only general methods or policies are defined and where the making of decisions involves the
- Use of considerable ingenuity, initiative and judgment.
- Experience of working in a highly customer focused service delivery role.
- An excellent customer focused manner at all times.
- The ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
