Job Description

  • Monitoring a reporting manager’s email and responding if required
  • Preparing communications on behalf of a manager
  • Taking notes and writing minutes during meetings
  • Conducting or preparing any research that the reporting manager may require
  • Acting as the first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the manager/executive
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport, and accommodation
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Reminding the manager/executive of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients

Job Requirements

  • Preferred graduated from French schools
  • FEMALES ONLY
  • Fluent French Language is a must - with a good standard of English Language
  • Presentable with Professional attitude.
  • High Communication Skills
  • Able to work through teamwork and in an active environment
  • Able to travel on a frequent basis
  • Flexible working hours with Full-Time availability
  • Experience in the same field not less than 3 years.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Email software,
  • Attention to detail, Professionalism.
