Job Description
- Manages all operational activities of the training center
- Coordination with trainers and instructors.
- Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.
- Establish good rapport with trainees , Instructors and the student.
- Evaluation and measurement of customer satisfaction after each training session.
- Monitoring sessions to ensure quality assurance.
- Follow up with clients & call them (if needed) to investigate issues.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree is a must
- Customer service orientation
- Good Presentation and communication skills
- Good Command of English
- Good command of using MS Office
- Strong attention to details
- Self Motivated
- Male or female
- Experience in an IT training field / education center or training institute is preferable
- Background in Digital Marketing is preferred
- Maximum age of 35
