Job Description

  • Manages all operational activities of the training center
  • Coordination with trainers and instructors.
  • Effectively communicate with team members, trainers and management.
  • Establish good rapport with trainees , Instructors and the student.
  • Evaluation and measurement of customer satisfaction after each training session.
  • Monitoring sessions to ensure quality assurance.
  • Follow up with clients & call them (if needed) to investigate issues.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree is a must
  • Customer service orientation
  • Good Presentation and communication skills
  • Good Command of English
  • Good command of using MS Office
  • Strong attention to details
  • Self Motivated
  • Male or female
  • Experience in an IT training field / education center or training institute is preferable
  • Background in Digital Marketing is preferred
  • Maximum age of 35
