Job Description
Kheddma is a home cleaning app that is aiming to revolutionize the home cleaning industry in the region. We're looking for a young and dynamic person to take responsibility of dispatching the cleaners and sorting out the daily logistics of orders to make sure the cleaners get to the customers on time
- Receives request from the system
- Contacts cleaner to inform of cleaning date and time
- Contacts the drivers to inform of the cleaning date and time
- Checks in a day before with the cleaner
- Checks in on the day tells the cleaner to go to him/her to receive cleaning supplies
- Sends a notification to customer that the cleaner is on their way
- If at any point there is an issue that the cleaner will not go the dispatcher must find an alternative cleaner and go through the process again
Job Requirements
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Interpersonal skills to deal with cleaners and their issues
- Works well under pressure
- Basic internet and computer skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
