Job Description

  • A member of the Sales Department
  • Coordinate sales leads and sales offers
  • Responsible for tracking sales documentation, offers, filing, and samples
  • General Secretary, and reception duties
  • Establishing links and communication between sales department and Artwork, accounting, and Customer relations   

Responsibilities:

  • Issuing and writing Sales offers
  • Coordinating the traffic of pricing with the Accounting and Artwork department
  • Oversee the office supplies, documentation, forms
