Job Description
- A member of the Sales Department
- Coordinate sales leads and sales offers
- Responsible for tracking sales documentation, offers, filing, and samples
- General Secretary, and reception duties
- Establishing links and communication between sales department and Artwork, accounting, and Customer relations
Responsibilities:
- Issuing and writing Sales offers
- Coordinating the traffic of pricing with the Accounting and Artwork department
- Oversee the office supplies, documentation, forms
- Reception Duties
- Assist in HR duties
- Follow up with social media officer
