Job Description
- Receive and make calls to our clients.
- Be responsible on training and supporting our customers on using the company's system.
- Working directly with physicians and clinic staff to help implementation of the EMR system.
- Work on system testing and special projects.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in pharmacy or science or any related field.
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- Excellent medical terminology background is a MUST.
- Able to work in a working hours which is from 3 p.m till 12 a.m.
