Job Description
Job Duties:
- Prepare technical / Shop drawings, specifications of electrical systems, or topographical maps to ensure that installation and operations conform to standards and customer requirements.
- Prepare necessary calculation for Electrical and light current systems
- Prepare technical proposals by reviewing tender documents/ drawings, prepare technical offers & put estimating costs of by coordinating with vendors/subcontractors, offers evaluation, vendors/subcontractors negotiations and BOQ/Financial offer preparation to ensure the best prices.
- Participate in solving/reporting any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise during construction to the Technical Office Manager for discussion and proper solve.
- Prepare as-built drawings at the end of the project and hand over to the project consultant.
- Design, implement, maintain, or improve electrical instruments, equipment, facilities, components, products, or systems for commercial, industrial, or domestic purposes.
- Direct or coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, support, documentation, or testing activities to ensure compliance with specifications, codes, or customer requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's of Engineering with a Specialization in Electrical Engineering
- 2-3 years’ experience preferably in MEP field.
- Good communication skills.
- Very good command of English.
- Good Budgeting experience.
- Very good computer skills, i.e.; specialized Electrical software, AutoCAD, MS office.
Knowledge and experience in the following areas is expected:
- Swimming Pools, Water Tanks, Fountains, Aqua Parks.
