About the Job
- Perform Serviceability related testing (upgrade ,system expansion ,node and part replacement ,connectivity testing) of all new product versions.
- Documents validation and publishing.
- Service Enhancement Requests review and validation that are submitted by the services team.
- Drive the product roadmap and owns the serviceability asks.
- Interact with product support team, professional services, field services, product management and engineering to identify the most impacting product serviceability improvements to drive engineering to implement them into the product.
