Deliver all tasks & projects to the field within defined SLAs and Quality measurements.
Logging of requests via Salesforce in order to provide accurate tracking of activities around various Sales and Presales requests.
Respond to RFI / RFP documents
Assist in writing proposals & technical documentation.
Escalation of problems when appropriate to Team Leader & Manager.
Work closely with the Presales and sales teams in building customers solutions & demonstrations
Perform technical configuration requests & address/resolve configuration issues.
Create current state technical drawing diagrams.
Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address customer requirements.
Help to capture, design & document business processes included in customer requirements.
Contribute to Proof of Concepts preparations & documentation.
Collaborate with partners when needed.
Deliver remote or onsite customer or partner presentations if needed.
Proactively work on business initiatives to enhance processes.
