Job Description

  • Post job advertisements on MIU channels and explore new recruitment sources to attract qualified applicants.
  • Conduct initial screening and categorize the screened CVs to filter the applicants according to the available vacancies and most fit for each job requirements.
  • Conduct Competency-Based Interviews to assess/evaluate the candidates’ qualifications and competencies to create a short list of candidates, according to each job requirements.
  • Prepare Offer Letters for accepted candidates according to the approved salary scale and obtain the required approvals.
  • Contact accepted candidates to follow up with them on all the required documents and answer all inquiries till joining date.
  • Attend MIU employment fairs and represent the university to the potential job candidates.
  • Maintain and develop a filing system to assure organized workflow process.
  • Coordinate and check on the implementation of the probation period evaluation process to ensure its timely completion.
  • Manage the scheduling of training sessions according to suitability for all attendees and collect the attendees’ feedback to improve the training function quality.
  • Assist in the implementation of the performance appraisal system to ensure the effectiveness and fairness of the process and the preparation of all required reports including updating JDs, setting objectives, etc...).

Job Requirements

  • From 1 to 2 years Recruitment experience is a must.
  • Excellent English Language Command.
  • Excellent Communication and problem solving skills.
  • Prior experience in the educational sector is preferable.
