Job Description

  • Tracks all real vent online metrics
  • Implements online ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram etc) and tracks its success (conversions, reach etc)
  • Develop and deliver social media optimization (SMO).
  • Conduct keyword research and use (SEO) guidelines to optimize content • Identifies and reports on opportunities to enhance user experience, design and digital journey for consumers
  • Working closely with content team to develop & manage daily/weekly online content
  • Edit and proofread written pieces before publication.
  • Liaise with the video production agencies for video content creation to increase engagement & conversion.
  • Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement (e.g. comments, shares, and reach).
  • Update our website as needed.
  • Contributes to the creation and execution of digital and social ad strategy, development and analysis
  • Implements digital audits, analyses results, delivers initial findings and recommends strategies and approaches
  • Works with marketing teams to develop conversion strategies, best practices and analysis for digital campaigns, across all channels, from emails to social and web
  • Executes research related to social media platform and advertising updates, and new tools and applications
  • Stay current with social media trends and best practices.
  • Research opportunities for new social marketing platforms and select adapt the current process
  • Identify target audience and create targeted content for this audience to maximize engagement across all platforms
  • Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
  • Create and distribute marketing calendar to advertise our company and products
  • Creating and managing monthly promotions

Job Requirements

  • Competence running Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns in Facebook Ads Manager and different ads tools, as well as experience with Google Ad Words and YouTube.
  • Knowledge of SEO optimization tools and techniques
  • Experience using Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and other analytics platforms
  • Experience with e-commerce, display pay-per-click, and other developing channels a bonus
  • Strong project management or organizational skills

Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of relevant work experience in digital and social media marketing with a focus on paid social and ads management
  • Bachelor's degree in public relations, advertising, journalism, digital media or related field with course work/experience in marketing analysis referred
