Job Description
- Create extra methods and plans for the unit enhancement and progress
- Full responsible for the monthly medication cycle inside and outside the head office
- Evaluate the in-house physicians’ performance through their monthly KPIs.
- Follow up of the in-house physicians may include but not limited to:
- Commitment
- Attitude (must be client oriented)
- Performance: adherence to MR’s rules and regulations as well as established medical guidelines
- Support for the cost reduction plan such as reallocate the physicians, re-plan payment method… etc
- Contact with CRO for any complaints received from HR about the in-house physicians and support CRO team
- Responsible for revising all the claims booklet received from the in-house physicians and confirming it is settled on the system
- Continuous evaluation of team performance through periodic analysis of claims generated by them (he/she has to establish the evaluation criteria and set a benchmark)
- Reviews, confirms, and reports deviated claim findings to concerned parties
- Issues formal evaluations, provides input on areas of deficiency, applies corrective actions, and identifies opportunities for improvement
- Suggests training plans, approves training course attendance, motivates, associates assignments with organization goals and trains physicians/employees
- Prepares and follows up accurate and in-time financial compensation for in-house physicians
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine
- Three-to-four years experience as a physician
- Two-to-three years experience as an in-house physician
- Minimum One year experience in supervisory position
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Confidence and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze and research information
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply
- Good negotiation skills
- Strong problem solving abilities
- Good writing skills, especially for formal letters and email messages
- Good written and spoken languages: Arabic and English
- Analytic abilities
