Job Description

  • Ensure the implementation of the work of the general consultant of the project in accordance with the contract with a company.
  • Review and recommend the adoption of extracts, claims from contractors, consultants' claims and audit as necessary.
  • Review and recommend the issuance of change orders and technical and financial analysis provided by any party and ensure compliance with the terms of the contract.
  • Review and recommend the adoption of abstract documents, change orders and claims with consultants and contractors.
  • Review and recommend the adoption of draft contracts required contracts and review contracts before they are approved.
  • Review any communications (issued / received) and ensure compliance with the terms of the contract.
  • Preparing financial reports for contractors.

Job Requirements

  • 10-12 years of experience
